ELR, eCR, and case notification stay one governed path. Destinations, ACKs, and LOINC/SNOMED maps are configuration, not a professional-services project.
USCDI+ and vocabulary
Observation identifiers are LOINC. Qualitative and organism values are SNOMED CT. Panel LOINC stays in OBR-4. The catalog ships those codes with the test.
AIMS and multi-destination ELR
A release fans out to state ELR, CDC AIMS, and a county HIE with ACK tracking. Conrad validates. He does not send.
TEFCA readiness, not a magic QHIN
We implement the laboratory payloads TEFCA expects (HL7 v2.5.1 and FHIR). Joining a QHIN is a jurisdiction decision. Salus does not claim to be your QHIN.
WHO IHR notification support
H5, VHF, and other IHR-relevant detections carry reportability notes so a director can see what must leave the country, not only the county.
APHL complementary, not competitive
APHL toolkits and Informatics Self-Assessment stay the association product. Salus is the LIMS those toolkits land in. We do not rebrand APHL content as ours.
We do not advertise a 0% message rejection rate. Rejection is a destination decision. What we do is refuse to send an uncoded or unreviewed message.
