Permanent platform participation
Lifetime access to the platform, continuous enhancements, security updates, AI improvements, and standard support, with no recurring Annual Platform Contribution.
Usage-based cloud infrastructure
Each participation includes an annual allocation of cloud resources (Snowflake compute and storage, backups, disaster recovery, AI processing). Usage beyond it is billed at actual cost or via an Infrastructure Operations Plan. No software functionality is ever disabled, and Global Hands recovers cost rather than profiting on infrastructure.
