What Salus Agentic does not do
Decision support for qualified public health laboratories. Not a diagnosis, not a laboratory director, and not a JIL chain.
A short description has already promised more than the laboratory can defend
Someone has already asked the software to stand in for a patient diagnosis, for the laboratory director, or for another company's network. Counsel, a surveyor, or a trading partner will ask which of those roles is real. The laboratory has to answer from the record, not from the short description in the deck.
The week itself has not changed. A person still verifies a result. A person still transmits. A director still explains the method. What has to be named first is what the software is not allowed to decide. Salus is decision support operated by JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. It is not a certified medical device, and it does not diagnose.
Those are the signs.
The boundary is part of the offer
Salus Agentic is easier to misuse in a sentence than in the product. A short description can sound like a system that diagnoses, a system that runs the laboratory, or a system that belongs to a family of companies whose names also appear in public-health and technology conversations. The site's own boundary list is shorter than the marketing temptation. This article follows that list, and it adds the corporate boundary the operator requires a reader to keep straight.
JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. operates salusagentic.com. salusagentic.com is part of JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. SalusAgentic is a trade name of that company. JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY) owns the SalusAgentic software. Global Hands, Inc. (TX) gave a grant to JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY) to build salusagentic.com under its public good initiative. The cost to build SalusAgentic was greater than what Global Hands paid. Global Hands may benefit from the software because it gave Holdings that money. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (DE) operates salusagentic.com. Holdings owns the rights, maintains the code, provides Level 1 support, and does not operate the code. Global Hands, Inc. does not operate this site. Salus is decision support for qualified public health laboratories. Human experts remain in control. The disclaimer that appears across the product pages is the controlling sentence: local CLIA certification, state law, and medical director judgment control all testing and reporting. Salus does not perform regulated testing and does not replace a laboratory director.
Anything you read that upgrades those sentences into a diagnosis, a certification, or a different owner is not this site's claim. If a page and a rumor disagree, use the page.
It does not practice laboratory medicine
The platform page states five refusals. Salus does not issue a patient-level diagnosis or interpretive result. It does not replace the laboratory director or the quality system CLIA requires. It does not perform regulated testing or hold a CLIA certificate of its own. It does not let an agent release a result, file a claim, or notify a jurisdiction alone. It does not guarantee compliance, readiness, or a clean survey.
Those are operational rules, not modesty. A coded SNOMED result is still a laboratory observation sitting under the director's report. An anomaly on a dashboard is still an anomaly until an epidemiologist reviews it. A validation outline is still a draft until a person signs it. The workbench prints that status on the draft. The integrity page asks laboratories to document the same limits in the survey package, so the limit is not only a footer.
The site does not describe Salus as a certified medical device. The regulatory log discusses laboratory-developed tests because public health laboratories run them, and because a 2025 court vacatur changed which federal pathway those tests are not on. That discussion is about the laboratory's assays. It is not a clearance, approval, or certification of this software. Do not buy, or sell internally, a sentence this site does not say.
It is not the Layer-1 product
JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. operates this host. salusagentic.com is part of JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. SalusAgentic is a trade name of that company. Salus is the public-health laboratory product on this host. This company operates the host and does not own the software. JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC does not operate this host. The Layer-1 host at jilsovereign.net is the same company and is not this page's product. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (DE) operates the Layer-1 blockchain under the license from JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY). JIL Sovereign Technologies Incorporated manages and operates getjil.com and wallet.getjil.com. Those hosts are a different product from this page. The software is owned by JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY). Payment integrity at jilsovereign.com is the same company and a different product.
Global Hands, Inc. is not part of the SD Dynasty Trust. It is a separate 501(c)(3). Naming those organizations here is how a reader avoids collapsing the products. It is not an invitation to treat payment integrity or the Layer-1 as features of Salus.
You will still see the word federation on salusagentic.com. On this site it means a public health network: local custody, signed packages, minimal data crossing a boundary, and a receiving laboratory that can check the signature of a known partner. The learn article on signed exchange says the same thing in cryptographic language and then says what it is not: not a shared pool of laboratory data. It is also not the Layer-1 host at jilsovereign.net. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (DE) operates the Layer-1 blockchain under the license from JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY). The shared English word is a coincidence a buyer should not have to resolve alone. This paragraph is the resolution.
Other limits that protect the laboratory
It does not join TEFCA for you. The DMI page says Salus can shape laboratory payloads a network exchange expects. Joining a QHIN is a jurisdiction's decision. A vendor stamp that says 'TEFCA compliant' is the kind of overclaim the site refuses. Message rejection remains a destination's decision. The product's job is a governed map, an acknowledgment you can see, and a human who transmits.
It does not auto-verify an outbreak. Statistical and cross-source signals can be computed and shown with their limits. The home page's journey ends with epidemiologists reviewing evidence and authorizing escalation. Wastewater and environmental results stay labeled as what they are. A surveillance signal is not a patient result.
It does not hide the laboratory's data as a commercial hostage. Separate learn material covers export. This boundary article's point is narrower: portability is not a transfer of ownership to another company, and a Snowflake account a laboratory brings is that laboratory's account. Salus support does not replace the laboratory's contract with its infrastructure providers, and Salus does not claim those providers' certifications as its own.
It does not invent adoption. No customer count, no survey pass rate, and no LOINC coverage percentage appears here, because the site does not publish them. Absence of a number is not a hint that the number is large. It is a refusal to decorate.
What it does, in one paragraph, so the refusals stay fair
The same platform page that lists the refusals lists the work. Salus watches the regulatory sources it actually logs and writes down what changed. It keeps a versioned pathogen and test library with LOINC and SNOMED on the card. It drafts validation, SOP, and screening artifacts that a human must accept. It can install a community test definition into the destination laboratory that runs the method. It can export a survey-shaped evidence package with an audit trail. That is a LIMS and a living layer for qualified public health laboratories, operated by JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. It is enough work without borrowing a diagnosis, a directorship, or another company's chain.
Common questions
- Does Salus diagnose patients?
- No. The platform says it does not issue a patient-level diagnosis or interpretive result. Coded observations and drafted alerts are decision support. A laboratory director and the ordering clinical relationship remain outside the software's authority.
- Does it replace the laboratory director?
- No. It does not replace the director or the quality system CLIA requires. Local CLIA certification, state law, and medical director judgment control testing and reporting. Global Hands does not perform the testing.
- Is Salus a JIL chain or a JIL vertical?
- No. Salus is the public-health laboratory product on this host. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. operates this host. salusagentic.com is part of JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. SalusAgentic is a trade name of that company. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. operates this host and does not own the software. JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC does not operate this host.
- Is it a certified medical device?
- The site does not say that Salus is a certified medical device. Do not read the LDT discussion as a device clearance. Laboratory-developed tests remain the laboratory's CLIA obligation. The software does not declare an assay live.
- What does 'federation' mean on this site if it is not a chain?
- It means laboratories keep local custody and share signed, minimal, authorized packages with known partners. The receiving party checks a signature. It is not a shared pool of every laboratory's database, and it is not the Layer-1 host at jilsovereign.net. JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (DE) operates the Layer-1 blockchain under the license from JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY).
