Global Hands provides the complete Salus Agentic surveillance and workflow platform to accredited public health agencies without per-seat, per-patient, or annual licensing fees.
2. Pass-through non-profit cloud hosting
All data sits within an isolated, dedicated Snowflake instance provisioned at negotiated non-profit utility rates. Global Hands passes those infrastructure costs to the agency without commercial markup.
3. Predictable support and maintenance
Maintenance, security patching, circuit validation, and technical SLA adherence are managed through transparent non-profit support tiers dedicated to platform reliability.
Why this is grant-safe
Because the core license is $0.00, agencies are not purchasing licensed software at a price that typically triggers a full competitive software RFP.
Procurement
Pass-through cloud hosting and maintenance can proceed as cost recovery, a cooperative agreement, or a sole-source non-profit grant, subject to each agency's own procurement counsel and 2 CFR 200.
UBIT and private benefit
There is no commercial sale of software. Hosting is reimbursement without markup. Maintenance, if billed, stays at or below fair market value for technical labor and is treated as program service revenue related to the public health mission.
